Confession: I found a similar Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe on TikTok (anyone else addicted?) and decided to alter the ingredients to make it a keto-friendly version!
At first I thought there was no way you could make flourless cookies that taste great with only 5 ingredients, but I have to say, they came out fantastic.
For this recipe, you’ll need to purchase two keto-friendly products: Lily’s chocolate chips and Allulose Sweetener, which is my favorite all-natural sweetener.
I’d recommend using a large egg so the batter isn’t too dry. I’d also recommend baking the cookies on tin foil or parchment paper, otherwise the bottoms get burned if you bake them on a greased pan.
They’ll be really soft when you remove them from the oven, but they’ll harden a bit once they cool.
