Keto Mac and Cheese Recipe (With Real Low-Carb Pasta!)
  • 2 cups uncooked Thin Slim Foods Impastable Low Carb Pasta Elbows
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 1 tbsp butter or Earth Balance non-dairy butter
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Boil pasta in a pot for about 5-10 minutes until soft. Strain.
  2. Pour pasta back into the pot and add cheese, butter, milk, and cream.
  3. Stir over low heat until all ingredients are combined and cheese is fully melted.
  4. Season with spices.
  5. Serve immediately.
