Homemade Nutella (Vegan, GF)
Recipe type: Breakfast
  • 1 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter, softened
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract
  1. In a small bowl, add coconut oil and peanut butter and microwave for about 30 seconds until coconut oil is melted and peanut butter is soft.
  2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla extract to bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Serve immediately or store at room temperature.
