Peanut Butter Banana Date Shake

  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2-3 large medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • ½ banana
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  1. Soak the dates in a pan lined with an inch or two of hot water for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  2. Remove pits from dates, then combine dates, almond milk, banana and peanut butter in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
