Boozy Snow Cones
 
Ingredients
  • 4 cups ice
  • 2 shots vodka (3 oz.)
  • ¼ cup grenadine syrup
  • ¼ cup Blue Curacao
Instructions
  1. In a glass, combine one shot of vodka with Blue Curacao and stir.
  2. In a separate glass, combine one shot of vodka with grenadine syrup and stir.
  3. Blend ice in a blender until ice is crushed and has a slushy texture.
  4. Pour the Blue Curacao vodka mix into a glass, then scoop a large spoonful of crushed ice on top of it.
  5. Layer with another spoonful of ice (this separates the blue from the red.)
  6. Scoop one more large spoonful of ice on top and pour the grenadine mixture over the top.
