Frozen Mango Coconut Margarita
Recipe type: cocktail
  • ½ cup light coconut milk
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • ½ mango
  • 1 shot tequila
  • 1 ½ tbsp agave nectar
  • ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Slice of lime, for garnish
  1. Remove skin from mango and slice into chunks. Discard skin and pit.
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients except for ice, and blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend again until drink has a frozen consistency, then pour into margarita glass.
  4. Garnish with lime and serve immediately.
