Frozen Mango Bellini

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Champagne or sparkling wine
  1. In a blender, combine frozen mango chunks and champagne and blend until smooth.
  2. Once blended, pour the mixture into a champagne flute or wine glass.
  3. Serve with a straw and garnish with a mango slice if desired.
