I. Love. To. Snack.
Sometimes, I don’t even eat dinner. I just whip up a bunch of healthy snacks and munch in front of the TV all night.
But since I don’t always have time to make my own snacks, there are a few store-bought snacks that are just as healthy as if I made them at home. Raw, vegan, plant-based, minimal sugar, natural energy… that’s what I’m talking about. I’ve spent a lot of time in the raw section at whole foods, and while I’ve found that kale chips and seaweed aren’t really my thing, there are some tasty options out there.
My new favorite healthy vegan snacks are Better than Coffee bars! I can’t say enough good things about these little guys. Chocolate coconut flavored. Vegan. Plant-based energy from guarana and maca. 100 calories. 5 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and only 4 grams of sugar. Super nutritious and yummy.
